I am a horrible person for noticing that the vast majority of those people had Deep Southern accents. I wonder if that's the bias of British media? Whenever they want to make Americans look like fools, they always head on down to the deep south; I've gotten several emails from people regarding my website who are absolutely shocked that someone articulate and intelligent is American.
I also have a feeling that the people who put this together chose those who didn't answer at all correctly. There had to have been at least ONE smart person there. =/
Oh, I'm absolutely sure that's the case, too. All pieces like that have editing done, and since they clearly wanted to show that Americans are ignorant clods, well...they just took whatever they had that illustrated that point, slapped it together, and called it a story. (Still, it's sad that they found even that many who were that stupid, regardless of where.)
