The guy blinks up at him and flushes. His mouth falls open a little and Derek clears his throat around the way he kind of wants to press his thumb to it.

“Hey,” Derek says, still grinning. “I’m here for my sister?”

I love more alive Hales and different meetings for Stiles and Derek. This author is also someone I remember all the way back in the heyday of Sterek fandom. 

Gods, I love Sterek so much. It's my favorite still. I've added others that I enjoy but man, Sterek is HOME.

Social Media Hiatus Day 6 (didn't have much for 5)

I was actually going to be on time today for a meeting at 9 AM PST but by the time I get logged in, I find the meeting was canceled lol. To be fair, I am just sitting in on the meetings at this point but still.

Yesterday was okay. No big deal. Just work and finishing up a 200k+ DeanCas SPN fix it fic. I finished that (as you may have noticed) and yeah, just kept at organizing my DW. I finished a month in 2005, and still have until 2012 before the triplication stops. It's not bad, but it's annoying that I left it so long. I plan to just finish a month a day, maybe two if I feel up to it. I have cleaned up to November 2005 and have until Feb 2012, so that's. . .about a 75 day project if I keep up with a month a day at least.

And then, simultaneously I'm taking fic that I posted on a tumblr account and reposting it to DW backdated to match (used to be multifandomficrec but is now silverdragonreads because most people had figured out who I was lol). I'll follow up with adding fic from another tumblr I am using. I sometimes read sick and twisted explicit shit because it's titillating but it comes and goes. So be forewarned.

This duplication fixing I am doing is making me review my old posts from my mid-20s and gods above, I am a whiny ass bitch. The amount of back and forth between my depression and good days is wild. But then I remember I bear those scars and made it through and guess I should give myself 20 years ago a break.

Well, I have to actually work now, so I may or may not post later beyond the backdated stuff. Hope you have a nice day, kind reader.

EDIT to add at 9:37 AM: I do wish I could find more active people on here. But, perhaps it will be like the movie "Field of Dreams": if I build it, they will come. Just keep doing what I do. This is it, folks. The ending that the SPN cast, characters, and fandom deserved. My interpretation of what should've gone down in the final episode. Hopefully this helps everyone say goodbye to the characters that they've grown with and loved for 15 years now. NOTE: I did keep some details from the original episode but completely changed the plot--don't give up on it when you see that they're still hunting those vamps in Canton. I promise y'all they get a good ending).

Nostalgia. . .

In editing my older posts, to back them up on Insanejournal and correct the tags and remove the duplicates, I keep coming across my writing of the 30shards community drabbles with Sesshoumaru/Kagome and fuck. I kind of did alright with my writing. I mean, "His voice sidled into the night, pushing her thoughts aside." WHERE THE HELL DID I COME UP WITH THAT.

Also, I miss the people who used to interact with me all the time then. I wonder what they are up to, those people who encouraged me and stood as witness to the darkest four years of my life.

EDIT to add: I was going to say I miss who I was then, but 20 years removed, I don't know if I can actually say that. I miss the community, and the people in it.
