This is the Dreamwidth blog for Jo aka josilverdragon, CaptShirogane, and a few other similar names online. I used to do podfics, bind fanfictions, and currently love Sleep Token (I LOVE HIM YOUR HONOR) to an extreme amount (I freaking started an archive lol). I listen to Dateline podcasts, Sleep Token, Spiritbox, and a variety of music from the entirety of my life. I have dabbled in fanfic, mostly consume it in a variety of fandoms, and try to read some published works. See my profile for further info.

Summary

Yo, Sourwolf, grab me a beer.

“Get your own goddamn beer,” Derek says without looking up from his book.

Stiles’ heartbeat skyrockets, snapping Derek out of his daze.

“What’s wrong?” he asks, swinging his legs round to sit up, his instincts calling for claws. He frowns at Stiles’ wide eyes. “If this is because I told you to get your own beer—”

That isn’t why.

Derek opens his mouth to hurry him to elaborate, but Stiles is looking back at him with sparkling eyes, his own mouth firmly closed.

You can hear me, right?

Derek decided when Stiles was away at college that he'd finally make a move when Stiles graduated and came home. With the opportunity comes hesitation, not wanting to mess with the dynamics of the pack. He'd never expected a spot of telepathy to enter the equation.

Summary

Keith is determined to be the most supportive best friend that Shiro’s ever had—even if that means helping Shiro plan his marriage proposal to someone else.

This week I started recording a 45k fic and trying to do it in approximately 30 minute chunks of time so as not to stress my voice too much. I still have a ways to go but I feel okay about it so far. The Foul Puck episode 44 is nearly finished editing so I will hopefully get that uploaded to the folder for Nancy by the end of the weekend and then I am finally editing the podfic I recorded back in March. Hopefully I'll have it done before June is finished so I have something for Sheith Month. 

I've decided that I'm going to make Monday nights game night, as in SIMS 4, every Monday evening. I've got a fun legacy challenge that I started and I am enjoying it as it is challenging me to play SIMS that I wouldn't have created on my own. So it's fun. I'll try and post some screenshots at some point.

The current thing I'm reading is the really fleshed out, detailed Hannigram fic called Faded Fantasy (Link here). This is actually the second fic in this series and I like it. It's long though, the first fic is 82k and the second is 150k so it's loooong. lol

Tomorrow is our first in person performance in a year. I decided to make it simple with a handful of our standards and now I'm nervous because it's an AAPI Heritage Day in which some local representatives are wanting to speak at and who knows how many people will be there. And I am not in my best shape so I am so glad that A will do the speaking. She's the most fluent and lived 10 years in Japan as a teacher, so she is very familiar with the language and culture. In comparison, I know more than the average person but I'm not anywhere near her level, so I am grateful for her.

Anyways, just felt like updating.

Summary

While on their journey back to Earth, the lions get hit by a blinding light that leaves them unaffected-- except for one very specific, unavoidable thing.

“Pidge, get eyes on Shiro now,” he commands, his voice hitching up an octave in his distress.

Once she does, maybe Keith should have expected that Shiro would suddenly be younger, too. On Pidge’s shaking screen is a young boy with soft, floppy black hair falling into his eyes. He’s tugging at the glove of his paladin suit, a blanket at his feet from where he’s taken a sudden tumble. He looks up when the door opens and he turns his head, blinking up at Pidge, looking dazed, confused, and a little guarded.

It's Shiro, just over a decade or so younger.
