The servers I'm most active in are DEAD. And no one's really acknowledged me, other than reacting to the 2 posts I made Sunday night. Which is fine. Whatever. I feel like I've been shadowbanned or whatever we used to call in on Twit. It's just so WEIRD.
Anyway, took today off from work to take Mom to her MRI and echo and everything seems fine. Thank goodness. Took her to breakfast in between and stopped by our fave used bookstore where I picked up an Ann Rule book about the Green River Killer, Under the Dome by Stephen King, Bird Box (the book the Netflix movie is based on), and Dan Brown's Inferno (Mom's collecting his novels).
She was having trouble staying awake, partly because of lack of sleep,a full stomach from brunch, and the drug she takes to make it easier to do an MRI (the first time she got claustrophobic) but everything went okay.
Update: The important server is just people who are having a tough time and hermiting, which I understand. Had a touch base with them today and they're fine, we're fine, they just are trying to exist. I feel better now lol.
Struggling with updating the archive this week. I'm getting it done, but it's been a bit more difficult because when I was tracking the tour in Europe and the UK last Nov/Dec, I was doing the bare minimum. Now that I'm trying to post them a year later, I have to track everything down where I saved it and it's been a pain in the butt. Sigh. But I haven't lost much, some stories, but most of those were shares of the posts I have so it's all good. It's just I have to more at the moment. It'll get better. With Thanksgiving coming up, it's been busy. Like this weekend, we're putting up some decorations and also planning to check out this arts and crafts show. And next week is Thanksgiving. So it's just a busy time, especially since I don't have as much hours after work due to my chores and being tired and so on. Anyway, it'll get better.
Something I learned about this week is that one of my friends who I met in Portland, Zan, got herself a book agent and has her debut novel coming out next fall! I am so excited for her and her author's photo is gorgeous and I am just so proud of her.
I still need to clean off my desk. And vacuum the floor in my room.

- Fixing duplicate entries on Dreamwidth (from importing years ago)
- Always always working on the band archive
