The Twitter experiment is strange. But if it makes me feel better, than why not? And DAMMIT, I want to shave my head but that means wasting gas to go to a store to get more razors. Crap.
*sigh*
And I kind of want to see "Get Smart" because I think I like Steve Carell. I saw him in "Dan in Real Life" and I liked his performance even if the movie wasn't awe inspiring.
Also, of course, I now want to go see "Kung Fu Panda" because Angelina Jolie is voicing one of the characters. I'll probably wait for DVD. Speaking of movies Angelina is in, I've rearranged my Netflix list to include most, if not all, of Angie's filmography. The ones I didn't include were the ones I own.
I need to read more. I've been completely lazy about that and I just realized that I'll get my copy of Kushiel's Mercy soon. WOOHOO! Tomorrow is the day they will send out my signed copy. That made me smile.
I'm going to be leaving Missoula on or around the 20th of July. I can't believe that it is now less than 30 days away. I have a lot of crap I need to do in preparation, including cleaning the house from floor to ceiling, cleaning up my little courtyard area that's overrun with weeds, packing up everything I don't need for the three months I'll be living at home with the parents. I'm seriously thinking about staying in Spokane for a year, just so I can feel out things instead of getting myself in trouble if I can't handle it in Seattle. At least I'll have three months to think about it for sure. Crap. I need to tell Aunt Jeff and Uncle Randy I'm not coming.
Lots and lots of stuff to do. Grr.

Date: 2008-06-23 10:16 pm (UTC)I saw "Kung Fu Panda" over the weekend. I had no idea Jolie was the Tigress until the credits rolled. It's an okay movie, but not really worth watching it in the cinema. Much better to rent it and spend less!
Signed??? SIGNED?!?! You lucky you!!!

Date: 2008-06-23 10:27 pm (UTC)Ah, good to know. I'll put it on my Netflix when it comes out.
I KNOW! I subscribed to her email updates from her website, http://jacquelinecarey.com/ and in March got the email about them offering signed books through the SignedPage.com and I jumped on it since she doesn't make a stop in Montana and I wouldn't be able to afford a trip to Seattle to catch her there. So, I opted to pay just a little bit more to have her sign it! I'm excited to see it when it comes.
