josilverdragon The Album-A-Day today is Lady Gaga's The Fame and my goodness it is such a fun album. I remember at the beginning that I wasn't a fan and I thought she was overrated but then Bad Romance was released as well as Dance in the Dark and I was all in then. I am totally chair dancing while listening to Poker Face. Anyhow, Lady Gaga is a very talented musical artist and despite how uncomfortable she made me with some of her early outrageous events, (i.e. the Paparazzi performance on MTV, the Meat Dress??) I like her a lot and appreciate how this was designed to make people uncomfortable.
For Music Shuffle Nostalgia, I had to go to the 3rd item on the shuffle playlist because the first one I had already listened to and the second one is coming up on my predetermined list above. But that is okay, because I am listening to the FLCL original soundtrack with The Pillows and SO MANY MEMORIES of Adult Swim and seeing FLCL for the first time.
Talk about a head-bopping morning listening to these two albums. Hopefully that means the rest of the day will be good and go by quickly.
