As stated above, Mobipocket creator. You can import .txt, .pdf, .doc and .html files and create files that can be read on an e-reader that supports mobi files. I used to copy files to .doc or .txt from fanfiction websites because I didn't have internet at home but had a computer, so I have dozens of files. You merely import them, put them together and woohoo! a fanfiction I can read on my Kindle.
