Periodically I feel the need to pull back from certain activities, especially when I start to get overwhelmed/overstimulated. I also need to REMEMBER that I can do that. No one is dictating it to me. No one controls my schedule except me.

So here I go again 😂

I know for sure I'm going to cull some YT channels I watch as it's superfluous and gossip and while that's fine, I've lost the plot. As in "IT'S NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU OR YOUR LIFE".

Then, I'll be, once again, trying to set some sort of schedule that I know I'll never adhere to. 

I need to go onto certain socmeds with intent, rather than ending up doom scrolling. One day, I scrolled through the FB reels so far that they started offering up videos I had already seen earlier that day lol

Anyway, whatever happened to me 😂
